Peerless single sigma arm mixer. Twin tilt mixer. Model 9SDTWT, SN 91105. Mixing capacity 2800 lbs. SS jacketed bowl, 235 psig water or glycol. Bowl volume 66.6 cubic feet. Sanitary agitator bowl seals. New 60 hp agitator motor. Chain and sprocket driven. New 5 hp bowl tilt motor, chain and sprocket driven. Pneumatic central grease system. Pneumatic top bowl seals. SS canopy. Flour inlet 12 in. diameter with pneumatic slide gate. (3) vents 5 in., 5.5 in. and 6.5 in. diameter openings plus flanges. (6) 2 in. diameter liquid ports and (2) 1.5 in. diameter liquid ports. Mixer on 6 in. tall legs. New Allen Bradley Panelview Plus 7 touch screen hmi. Manual controls on back side. SS starter panel includes Allen Bradley Powerflex 700 vfd, Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 plc.
